Mecha Mode
THE FORESIGHT COPORATION COMMISSIONS YOU TO ERADICATE THE GOBLIN INFESTATION ON THE FORESIGHT MARS RESEARCH FACILITY. YOU ARE FORBIDDEN TO LEAVE THE FACILITY UNTIL ALL PESTS ARE ELMINATED.
This game and all assets used in it was made for and during BigModeGameJam2023
Mecha-Mode is a manic FPS combat survival arena in which you fight hordes of Undead Space Punk Rock goblins, meanwhile dealing with an uncontrollable virus that constantly forces your weaponry and playstyles to change throughout the game.
CONTROLS
WASD - Movement
Space - Jump
Left click - Shoot
Left shift - Dash
R - Reload
E - Interact
MECHA MODES MAYHEM
As apart of your task you will be provided with a mech. This mech is expected to glitch out and will switch modes. These modes switch up your playstyle by changing your weapons, movement and Goblin attributes.
FORESIGHT COPORATION FACILITY
The Foresight Corporation has noticed the faulty mode switching and has placed a solution in the middle of the facility. Pressing this button allows you to access the Mech's terminal prompting 3 modes to be removed per round. Accessing the button also starts the round, the punks will enter the facility through the teleportation pads.
THE GOBLINS
The endless horde of Undead Punk-Rock crazy Space goblins from Mars are overrunning the Foresight Corporation! As apart of your task you are to exterminate these Space goblins. They may seem a bit deranged but these crafty punks know how to use tools, guns and vehicles they've stolen and repurposed.

Game was sick I enjoyed I could switch guns or movement to spice it up.
Neat game! The visual and audio polish is fantastic, and the UI art really sets the tone. I had to lower my mouse sensitivity to be able to play properly, but once I corrected that I had a fun time.
